Privacy and cookies
This notice explains what personal data NEPENTHE collects through nepenthe.events, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and we only collect what we need to run our events, our shop and our newsletter.
Who we are
NEPENTHE EVENTS E.E., Athens, Greece, is the controller of your data. Write to info@nepenthe.events for any question or request about your data.
What we collect and why

Cookies
Strictly necessary. Keep the shop cart, checkout and security working, and remember your cookie choice (the nep_consent cookie, 6 months). These cannot be switched off.
Analytics, only if you accept. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager help us understand which pages and episodes people visit. Data is aggregated.
Marketing, only if you accept. Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel measure our ads and let us show NEPENTHE to people who already know us.
Embedded media. YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play. The Spotify player on the homepage is provided by Spotify.
Who else sees your data
Service providers that work for us: our host Hostinger, our email and newsletter tools, Stripe and PayPal for payments, BOX NOW and ACS for delivery, Cometogether for tickets, and, only with your consent, Google, Meta and TikTok. Some of them are based outside the European Economic Area; where that happens the transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Messages for up to two years. Order and invoice records for as long as Greek tax law requires. Analytics data for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to its use, by writing to info@nepenthe.events. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
Changes
We will update this page when something changes and show the new date at the top.
